Mission Rockstar

In February of 2007 I officially started my journey towards becoming a rock star. At this point, I could barely play Jingle Bells on the guitar, knew nothing about playing or writing music, hadn’t sang a song in over 10 years… and basically had none of the skills needed to become a rockstar.

Since then, I’ve been documenting everything I can with posts to this blog. My progress on the guitar, my strategy for learning to write good songs and other items of importance. At this point, I still have a long ways to go. And I’m still getting made fun of.

But whatever, more and more rock stars are made every year. I plan on being one of ‘em.
